TTCL Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TTCL’s services, including cybersecurity assessments, risk audits, penetration testing, and related consulting services. By engaging with TTCL, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
TTCL offers professional cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

Penetration testing (black-box, white-box, gray-box)
Risk and compliance audits
Vulnerability assessments
Ethical hacking engagements
Security consulting and remediation planning

All services are conducted in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws.

2. Authorization and Scope
Clients must provide written authorization for all testing activities. TTCL will only operate within the agreed scope and timeframe. Unauthorized access, exploitation, or data manipulation is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidentiality
TTCL agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, systems, and findings. All information shared during engagements is protected under mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

4. Data Handling and Security
TTCL adheres to the highest standards of data protection:

Secure environments using Kali Linux and Parrot OS
Encrypted data storage and transmission
Role-based access controls
Compliance with HIPAA, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and SOC 2


5. Reporting and Remediation
TTCL will provide detailed reports outlining findings, risk levels, and recommended remediation steps. Clients are responsible for implementing security improvements based on TTCL’s recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability
TTCL shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses resulting from client failure to implement recommended security measures.
System downtime or data loss resulting from authorized testing within agreed scope.


7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Ensure TTCL has appropriate access and permissions.
Refrain from interfering with testing activities.
Notify TTCL of any changes to system configurations during engagements.


8. Compliance
TTCL operates in full compliance with:

U.S. federal and state cybersecurity laws
International standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001)
Ethical hacking frameworks (e.g., OWASP, PTES, NIST)


9. Intellectual Property
All tools, methodologies, and proprietary content used by TTCL remain the intellectual property of TTCL unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, TTCL will return or securely destroy all client data as per contractual agreement.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
