Refund Policy

At TTCL, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity services, including risk audits, penetration testing, and ethical hacking engagements. Due to the nature of our services, which involve time-sensitive and resource-intensive assessments, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Services
Most TTCL services are non-refundable once initiated, including:

Penetration testing engagements
Risk and compliance audits
Vulnerability assessments
Security consulting and remediation planning

Once work has commenced, resources are allocated and proprietary methodologies are deployed, making refunds infeasible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Rendered: If TTCL fails to initiate the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and no work has been performed.
Duplicate Payments: If a client is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
Cancellation Before Start: If a client cancels a scheduled engagement at least 5 business days before the start date, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and preparation costs.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written request to thtobey@ttcl.pro within 10 business days of the issue.
Include relevant documentation (e.g., invoices, payment confirmations, engagement agreements).
Allow up to 15 business days for TTCL to review and respond.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Disputes and Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with the service outcome, TTCL encourages direct communication to resolve concerns. We are committed to professional integrity and will work to address valid issues through:

Reassessment or clarification of findings
Supplemental reporting or consultation
Adjustments to future engagements
